Student Assistance Program (SAP)

This voluntary program is available to offer supportive services to students experiencing academic, behavioral, and/or emotional difficulties that may pose barriers to school success.  The SAP team is composed of specially trained teachers, administrators, school counselors, and behavioral health consultants.  Our goal is to work together to offer any support your child may need .  In-school support could include but is not limited to: time with our guidance counselors, time with our counseling interns, small groups with our school social worker,  and academic support before, during or after school hours.  Where barriers are beyond the scope of the school, the team can provide linkage for families to access community resources.  You are a vital part of the team and SAP values the importance of parent/guardian involvement in the process.  If you would like the team's assistance and are in agreement to participate in the program, please complete all of the information on the Parental Consent form below:
